What happened
These pitch construction estimating and drafting services under two names, Nedes Estimating LLC and Designing Drafting, from personal Gmail addresses. Gmail's own delivery headers show the same office network sent the mail for both names.
Between 2026-05-20 and 2026-09-09 I got 5 of them. I've never done business with them, never signed up for anything, and never asked to hear from them.
How it gets sent
Of these, 4 through Gmail and 1 through Salesforce.
Each of them had at least some kind of opt-out line. I still never asked for any of them.
These came from one office running several brand names: Nedes Estimating, Designing Drafting, CAD Drafter and NEDES Takeoffs.
The company
Main website: nedesestimating.com. The brand websites share a phone number.
The US address listed for Nedes Estimating LLC is a UPS Store mailbox in Arlington, Virginia. The office itself is in Lahore, Pakistan.
How it's set up
Gmail's own delivery headers show the Gmail accounts sending from the same office network in Lahore.
Two of the emails went through Salesforce instead, using personal Gmail addresses.
Two Designing Drafting emails were word-for-word identical under different account names.
