I report every piece of spam I get to the company that delivered it. Most of them do nothing.
This is my personal site. It isn't affiliated with any company named here.

What this is
I run a small business. Since November 2025 I've kept every unsolicited sales email I've gotten, 429 of them so far. For each one I pull the headers, figure out which company actually delivered it, and send that company an abuse report with the evidence.
Every one of these companies has a written policy against spam. This site is a record of what they actually do when somebody hands them proof.
Who delivers it
Every email gets sent through somebody. Here's who sent mine:
Salesforce189
Microsoft 365 / Outlook51
AWS (other servers)43
Gmail35
Google Workspace17
SparkPost / EmailOctopus11
Amazon SES8
Twilio SendGrid8
Sender.net7
Everything else (hosting companies, small providers)60
Spam I received, by the company whose servers delivered it.
Credit where it's due. These companies sent back a real answer from a real person, and said they acted:
Realtime RegisterOctober 2026. Suspended 30 domains the sender had registered through them, the one I reported and 29 siblings. Their whole reply was "Domain(s) suspended," the list, and links to the evidence. That's how it's done.
BrevoSeptember 2026. Suspended the sender's account after investigating.
Sender.netJuly 2026. Suspended every account the sender used. They'd set up several under different names.
OrangeHostMarch 2026. Suspended the email account that sent it.
Twilio SendGridMarch and April 2026. Said they'd identified the sender and were taking action.
Upland (Adestra)June 2026. Opened an investigation into their client.
KitJuly 2026. Said they were investigating the sender.
HetznerMay 2026. Told their customer about the report and asked them for a statement.
That's what an abuse desk is supposed to do. Some of them are small companies. It isn't hard.
Who didn't
SalesforceThe biggest source by far. 189 spam emails, 165 case numbers, and 6 times somebody told me they did anything. The rest got an automatic reply, or a request for more information and then nothing.
Amazon Web ServicesHosts Salesforce's mail servers. At least 45 reports about the Salesforce mail alone. Mostly told me to go report it to Salesforce. Sent a few "mitigated" form notices, but never told me it stopped a sender, and the mail kept coming.
GoogleSeven identical replies telling me to fill out a form.
MicrosoftNine automated acknowledgments.
Namecheap and GoDaddyReceipts and auto-replies.
CloudflareReport ID numbers.
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and EmailOctopusReceipts, and nothing after.
OVHTicket receipts. One ticket was marked "resolved" without saying what was done.
As of September 2026. If any of them come back and act, I'll move them up.
Repeat senders
These names keep coming back, through whatever provider will carry them. Each page lists every email, with dates, domains and subject lines:
